If you have an issue you can't resolve, we are here to help in any way we can. We would ask that if you need help with Surfcam, send us the file you have the problem with first. This allows us to evaluate the issue quickly and efficiently. It is very difficult to interpret the issue with an "over the phone" description. If we are both looking at the same file, there are no question marks and you will be back up and running as quickly as possible.
